Siafu sources its cotton from neighbouring Uganda. Back at the Nairobi workshop, a team of artisans transform the yarns into soft and finely woven textiles. The looms are carefully set up by the weavers to follow Siafu’s intricate stripe patterns, a process that takes a couple of days!
The warp and the weft are then rhythmically intertwined over several days to create their signature fabrics. The result is high quality and durable textiles.
