    To clean your woven item, scrub any marks gently with a fine bristled brush, a little warm water and a gentle soap. Allow to dry in a well ventilated area out of the sun.

People of the Sun works with nine artisan groups across Southern Malawi, sourcing locally grown cane and mulaza palm leaves for their products. Each group is carefully selected for their unique skills and commitment to quality. The artisans are taught basic business skills, supported with interest-free loans, and collaborate with designers to create bespoke, innovative designs.

Full visibility is maintained across the supply chain, ensuring efficient production and sustainable growth for the artisans. By connecting these talented craftspeople with global markets, People of the Sun provides regular income, helping artisans grow their businesses and enrich their communities.
