  • Sustainability Features
All of Sweet Salone’s ceramics are made from natural materials. The clay is harvested from a nearby riverine area and left to dry naturally in the sun.
Sweet Salone products are sustainable by design. Each ceramic piece is made from locally sourced clay and is processed in studio in the Lettie Stuart Pottery Centre. The clay is left to dry naturally both before being processed as well as before being hand-glazed. The artisans use manual pottery wheels making it an emission free spinning process.
