Lamali is a Paris-based paper and textile house built on long partnerships with artisan workshops in Nepal and India. For over twenty years the company has worked with its Nepalese partners, who create handmade and hand dyed Lokta paper to be made into unique, artisanal stationary. The relationship extends beyond production: Lamali has helped partners gain international Fair Trade certifications, introduced a retirement plan and medical cover, as well as supporting a schooling programme for employees' children, reflecting a shared commitment to fair, dignified working conditions across teams.
