About Olive Odyssey

About Olive Odyssey

Olive Odyssey work in the groves of Palestine, where farmers from Jenin's valleys, Burin's hills, and Nazareth's terraces carry forward generations of care for the land.

Founded to open a gateway between these growers and the world, Olive Odyssey brings their story to your table through every bottle they press. More than a producer, they describe themselves as a family reaching beyond borders — one that nurtures not only olive trees, but the futures of the farmers who tend them.

About the process

About the process

Olive Odyssey's farmers tend their groves the traditional way; no artificial interventions, just patience and trust in the land's own rhythms. In dry seasons, this means smaller harvests, but the collective holds to methods passed down through generations.

From steel drum to millstone, each bottle is pressed with the same care that has shaped these hills for centuries. Choosing their organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil means choosing authenticity over industry — and helping restore value to the small-scale growers behind it.
